We're offering sponsorships for our 2026 Annual Luncheon.

 

Our 60th Anniversary event will give local officials, planners, developers, engineers and others the chance to dine together and discuss the region’s future.

 

It’s set for Thursday, May 7 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey, 4650 Lindle Road, Swatara Township.

 

For $2,000, you’ll get the following:

  • A table for 8 with prime seating;

  • Recognition on our website and at the event;

  • A full-page ad in all 4 issues of our quarterly newsletter.

 

Our guest speaker(s) and other details will be released at a later date.

NEWSLETTER SPONSORSHIP

 

We’re also offering sponsorships for our quarterly newsletter, which reaches approximately 3,000 local officials, planners, developers, engineers and others in the region.

 

Each issue features news and updates about our diverse projects, education and training programs, upcoming events and much

more.

A sponsorship gives you an ad in all 4 of our quarterly issues for 2026 at the following rates:

  • 1/2-page ad: $1,000

  • 1/4-page ad: $500

  • 1/8-page ad: $250

协议条款

本协议自本次交易之日起生效，并将一直有效，直至三县区域规划委员会（以下简称“TCRPC”）赞助手册中针对所列福利规定的所有责任得到履行。本协议定义了 TCRPC 和指定组织（以下简称“赞助商”）就以下列出的一项或多项福利签订赞助协议的条款：TCRPC 年度午餐会、教育和培训会议、多芬县优秀项目奖、TCRPC 通讯，以及可能创建的其他程序。

 

有限许可

赞助商授予 TCRPC 在宣传材料、活动现场和网站 www.tcrpc-pa.org 上使用赞助商徽标的有限许可。
