We're offering sponsorships for our 2026 Annual Luncheon.

Our 60th Anniversary event will give local officials, planners, developers, engineers and others the chance to dine together and discuss the region’s future.

It’s set for Thursday, May 7 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey, 4650 Lindle Road, Swatara Township.

For $2,000, you’ll get the following:

A table for 8 with prime seating;
Recognition on our website and at the event;
A full-page ad in all 4 issues of our quarterly newsletter.

Our guest speaker(s) and other details will be released at a later date.

We’re also offering sponsorships for our quarterly newsletter, which reaches approximately 3,000 local officials, planners, developers, engineers and others in the region.

Each issue features news and updates about our diverse projects, education and training programs, upcoming events and much

more.

A sponsorship gives you an ad in all 4 of our quarterly issues for 2026 at the following rates:

1/2-page ad: $1,000
1/4-page ad: $500
1/8-page ad: $250

SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT *

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

This agreement is effective as of the date of this transaction and shall remain effective until all responsibilities set out in Tri-County Regional Planning Commission's (“TCRPC” hereafter) Sponsorship Brochure for the listed benefits are fulfilled. This agreement defines the terms under which TCRPC and the named organization ("Sponsor" hereafter) enter into a sponsorship agreement for one or more of the following listed benefits: TCRPC Annual Luncheon, TCRPC Newsletter, and other programs that may be created.

LIMITED LICENSE

The Sponsor grants TCRPC a limited license to use Sponsor’s logo in promotional material, at event sites, and on the website www.tcrpc-pa.org.

MISCELLANEOUS

The parties acknowledge that they will use their best good faith efforts to negotiate and resolve subsequent issues that may arise from this Agreement as a result of unforeseen occurrences and that may alter the conditions of this Agreement.
