HARRISBURG AREA TRANSPORTATION STUDY

HATS staff, with support from Gibson Thomas Engineering and Simone Collins Landscape Architecture, is developing an Active Transportation Plan covering Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry Counties. The HATS Regional Active Transportation Plan will focus on both on- and off-road non-motorized transportation facilities that connect our region's residents and visitors with places to live, work, shop, and play.

Our public outreach process has begun. We'll be popping up at area events throughout the summer and fall, encouraging residents and visitors to participate in the Active Transportation Plan by taking the Public Survey and providing input into our Wikimapping Tool.
