The Dauphin County Planning Commission and Tri-County Regional Planning Commission are shocked and saddened by the passing of Taryn Morgan, a former DCPC member who also served as vice chair and secretary. She will be remembered for her service to the community, and we share our deepest condolences with her family and friends.
