The Regional Connections Grant Program was created in 2011 as an opportunity for Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (TCRPC) to support local planning and development efforts that help implement our regional long-range land use and transportation plans – the Regional Growth Management Plan and Regional Transportation Plan (RGMP and RTP). The program provides funding to municipalities and counties to support locally-directed, collaborative actions to improve communities, enhance community character, manage growth, maximize existing infrastructure capacity, and link land use and transportation planning decisions to create a more sustainable future for our region.

For more info, email Associate Director Diane Myers-Krug or call (717) 234-2639.

The intent of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is to ensure the Regional Growth Management Plan (RGMP) is implemented in an open manner involving regional stakeholders, consistent with Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (TCRPC) policies, and an accurate reflection of the region's values. Its purpose is to forge a working relationship between TCRPC and its municipalities in the implementation of the regional plan.

The MOU is necessary for all grant applications. You can download it here.
