TCRPC’s 2019 Annual Luncheon will be held Thursday, May 2 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel, 4650 Lindle Road, Harrisburg, PA 17111.

Our guest speakers will be Felicia Dell, AICP, director of the York County Planning Commission, and Ruth Hocker, stormwater program manager for the City of Lancaster, who will talk about water resource issues in the region, including water quality, flooding, and stormwater management.

Their presentations will be followed by Q&A with luncheon attendees, so be sure not to miss the chance to learn more about this crucial topic.

1 CM credit will be available to planners who attend, thanks to the Central Section of the American Planning Association’s Pennsylvania Chapter.

After attending Slippery Rock University, the University of Salamanca, Spain and Texas A&M University, Dell returned to her native York to begin her urban planning career. She became director of YCPC in 2000, managing its day-to-day operations and long-term direction, including administering the county’s MS4 permit and related stormwater planning and regional coordination.
