Report a Transportation Problem
Please feel free to bring a specific problem to our attention by using the HATS Transportation Problem Description Form.
We also encourage you to make your municipality aware of the issue. HATS staff works with the region's municipalities to address their transportation problems using the region's allotment of federal funding. The description form is the first step in the process.
To submit a completed Transportation Problem Form, save a copy and email it to Planner Casey Baxendale, or print and mail it to:

Project development is the process by which HATS staff works with the region’s municipalities to address their transportation problems using the region’s allotment of federal funding.
Once a problem form is received, HATS staff discusses the problem with both the sponsor and the municipality to gather additional information and determine possible funding options. The municipality's presence is essential in these discussions since most federal funding sources require a local match.
