Southeastern PA Transit Providers:

SEPTA provides service to Philadelphia and its Metro Region in Bucks,
Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. Today SEPTA
is the nation’s fifth largest public transportation system, with a vast
network of fixed route services including bus, subway/elevated,
trackless trolley, light rail, and commuter rail serving a 2,200 square
mile service region. SEPTA is also one of the region’s largest
employers, with a workforce of about 9,000 employees. Via SEPTA, there
are numerous connections to transit services throughout the northeast
US.
Connections to Harrisburg:

Currently there are no direct connections between CAT and
SEPTA.

Amtrak’s
Pennsylvanian and Keystone lines both provide connections between
Downtown Harrisburg and Philadelphia 30th Street Station.
