The York County Transportation Authority operates Rabbit Transit, which provides Weekday, Saturday, and Sunday transit services through out York County, including the City of York, Manchester, York College/York Hospital, Hallam, Wrightsville, Columbia, Mount Wolf, Dallastown, Hanover, Shrewsbury, and places between over 16 Routes. 

Connections to Harrisburg:

• RabbitExpress provides Monday-Friday express bus service from various locations in York and along I-83 to the Harrisburg Transportation Center, the Capitol Complex, and the HACC Harrisburg Campus.

• Capitol Trailways Route 7146 stops in York. 

• Greyhound Route 174 also stops in Downtown York, where transit connections can be made. 

• Red Rose Transit of Lancaster and Rabbit Transit have connecting routes in Columbia.
