Route 21 DGS Annex Complex is a morning and afternoon shuttle service between downtown Harrisburg and the DGS Annex Complex (formerly the Pennsylvania State Hospital) across from the Farm Show Buildings on Cameron St.  The route runs primarily during the morning and afternoon rush hours with a few runs during the noon hour period.

This chart shows the number of runs available on this route each hour on non-holiday weekdays and Saturdays (if route provides Saturday service - note CAT provides no Sunday Service).  The hourly figures are broken down by the number of runs traveling to downtown Harrisburg (inbound) and from downtown Harrisburg (outbound).

This chart shows the average frequency of bus service at a number of locations along a bus route.  Averages are shown for peak period service (6 am - 9 am and 3 pm - 6 pm), during Midday weekday hours (Mon-Fri 9 am - 3 pm) [if there are any midday runs], and average frequencies on Saturday [if there are any Saturday runs].  PLEASE NOTE: These are only average frequencies during certain time periods, and actual times between buses may be much greater or less than average times.  Check CAT bus schedules for actual times.

This chart shows the departure time for the first bus traveling towards downtown Harrisburg and arrival time for the last bus from Downtown Harrisburg at specified locations along the route.  First bus and last bus times are show for both Weekdays (Mon-Fri) and Saturdays (for routes operating on Saturdays).  CAT currently does not provide Sunday service.
